Twelve national real estate projects from 16 categories will represent Indonesia in the upcoming FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2024 next year in Singapore. These 12 projects emerged as the best in a national-level event, the FIABCI-Indonesia - REI Excellence Awards 2023, with this year's number of participants increasing by 50% compared to last year which indicates a growing interest among developers in Indonesia and their awareness to compete for international-standard quality. Moreover, this event also honored 17 subsidized housing projects from across Indonesia, aiming to boost the enthusiasm of developers to continue building subsidized housing for low-income communities.
FIABCI World President Budiarsa Sastrawinata hopes that this award will stimulate larger investments in the national real estate sector and enhance the competitiveness of property developers in Indonesia. Meanwhile, Joko Suranto, President of FIABCI-Indonesia stated that these awards serve as an entry point to the series of events at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024 in Singapore and he believes that this event will provide a platform for Indonesian developers to promote their best works. And further strengthen the reputation and standing of the Indonesian Real Estate Association and FIABCI-Indonesia on the world stage.
