FIABCI is, with no doubt, the most effective and prestigious International Real Estate organization in the world. Having personally been a member since 1995, I have the privilege to have benefited from my membership a great deal! Extensive quality networking, global transactions, knowledge acquired regarding new technologies, marketing methods and reliable economic trends, have proven to be invaluable tools in a competitive environment. It is therefore natural for me to feel very honored and also a great sense of responsibility, having been recently elected as FIABCI-Greece president. As new president, it will be my commitment and priority to give our chapter a "fresh start". With the invaluable help of FIABCI-Greece's competent Board of Directors, we will focus on enlarging the number of our members with more high quality professionals & organizations, we will provide many networking and bonding opportunities and we will continuously support our members with information on substantial real estate matters, along with relevant education. Greece is now at a "turning point", having significantly recovered from an economic crisis. Current economic stability, recent infrastructure developments along with many other currently under development, substantially lower real estate prices compared to the recent past and the "golden visa" programs, are some of the main reasons investments are rapidly and dynamically increasing! Having the support of the FIABCI-Greece BoD, I assure the FIABCI International leadership and all its members world wide, that FIABCI Greece is happily willing and able to provide the best possible services and assistance, ensuring a fruitful long term collaboration with all!
