Greetings, It is my honor to serve as President of FIABCI-Ukraine at a time when Ukraine's recovery and transformation are deeply intertwined with global goals for sustainable development. Our chapter is committed to building a platform where real estate professionals, public authorities, and global partners come together to shape a regenerative and inclusive urban future. Central to our vision is the Rebuild Green 2030 initiative—a long-term program developed to ensure that the rebuilding of Ukrainian cities and communities embraces environmental responsibility, climate resilience, and social cohesion. This program is rooted in the values of the European Green Deal and the New European Bauhaus and supports the adoption of circular construction methods, ecological materials, and ESG-aligned investment models. To support the implementation of this initiative, we have recently established the FIABCI-Ukraine Council of Territorial Communities, bringing together local leaders and municipal stakeholders from across the country. Alongside this, the newly formed Rebuild Green 2030 Committee convenes architects, sustainability experts, and green innovators to steer technical strategies and promote practical solutions on the ground. Our chapter brings together a strong network of professionals—including real estate brokers, appraisers, urban planners, academic institutions, and business associations. With over 3,000 associate members and a growing number of international partners from Lithuania, Poland, Turkey, and beyond, we are fostering cross-border collaboration through our flagship events: the National Real Estate Forum #irealUkraine, Trade and Investment Missions, and our unique Urban Hackathons “Synchro Space.” We invite you to join us in this effort.
