Real EstateCluster (Serbia) was founded in 2010 by ten real estate companies with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia. It is a non-government non-profit organization which contributes to development of the real estate market in Serbia. Two scientific institutions have become members of the Cluster so far and there are many other companies in the field of design, construction, financing and insurance of real estate, interested in joining the Cluster.

Our most important aims:

Providing support to Cluster members in stregthening their competitiveness and achieving profit in both domestic and international market as well as promoting enterpreneurship;
Building and implementing modern concepts of real estate business in order to provide clients with the highest quality of service, efficiency and legal certainty;
Improvement of our members' activities through the introduction of modern technology and organization of work, vocational education and training.
The program objectives are achieved by direct engagement of all members of the Cluster in cooperation with all stake holders.

Established in 1985, China Real Estate Association (CREA) is a nationwide non-profit professional organization constituted by enterprises and institutions engaged in real estate development and operation, market transaction, circulation service, investment and financing, legal consulting, construction and decoration, etc., as well as local real estate associations, relevant academies and individuals. CREA is registered with the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction, PRC, with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, PRC as its business governing body. CREA is headquartered in Beijing.
