Malaysia Property Award™
The FIABCI Malaysian Chapter celebrated excellence, innovation, and sustainability in the nation’s real estate industry at the Malaysia Property Award™ 2025 Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner, held at the Imperial Ballroom, One World Hotel, Bandar Utama.
Graced by His Excellency Tun Seri Setia (Dr.) Haji Mohd. Ali Mohd. Rustam, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Melaka, and Toh Puan Datuk Wira (Dr.) Hajah Asmah Binti Ab Rahman, the prestigious event paid tribute to the developers, architects, planners, and industry professionals whose projects have set new benchmarks for Malaysia’s property landscape.
Recognising Excellence and Leadership
In his keynote address, Dr. Yu Kee Su, President of FIABCI-Malaysia, commended the winners for embodying the values of innovation, sustainability, and community well-being.
“Your success has set high standards for creativity and transformation in Malaysia’s real estate sector. As we enter the 13th Malaysia Plan (2026–2030), your work aligns with the nation’s bold aspirations to accelerate sustainable urban development, promote inclusive growth, and advance green technology adoption,” said Dr. Yu.
He further emphasised the role of the property industry in shaping a safe, inclusive, and thriving built environment — one that nurtures physical, social, and emotional well-being.
“Beyond bricks and mortar, we are building communities that foster positive values, safety, and well-being for future generations,” he added.
