Visa, Immigration and Custom requirements for international media

When applying for a visa at Indonesian Foreign Representative Offices, Embassies and/or Consulates, please show your confirmation letter, list, and declare the equipment you plan to take and use in Bali. For more information on custom and immigration requirements please email www.kemlu.go.id. Should you encounter any problems related to entry eligibilities to Indonesia upon arrival, please contact our help desk at the airport (located just behind the immigration counter) or our uniformed airport representatives.

Accommodation and Transfer

Information about participating hotels can be found here. Please note that hotel rooms close to the main venues are limited. Please arrange reservation as early as possible to secure your accommodation. Most of the participating hotels provide airport transfers. However, please consult the hotels for exclusive services for accredited members of media organizations. If you are staying at participating hotels, shuttle to and from the summit’s venue is scheduled for delegates. You can join the ride to the venue. Please check the schedule accordingly.
