As part of strengthening Saudi Arabia’s presence in prominent regional and international real estate events, Mr. Abdullah Al-Harbi, President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Office in Saudi Arabia and CEO of Eye of Riyadh, participated in the “Cityscape Egypt 2025” Conference and Exhibition, held on September 23, 2025, in Cairo. The event was attended by a distinguished group of leaders and decision-makers, including Egypt’s Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, the Minister of Public Business Sector, and the Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development, along with top CEOs of the region’s leading real estate entities, as well as a distinguished gathering of experts and investors from around the world.

This event holds exceptional significance as it brings together key stakeholders to explore real estate investment opportunities in the Arab Republic of Egypt and to build strategic local and international partnerships, with a focus on attracting foreign investments, developing regulations, and promoting the principles of sustainable development in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. The conference witnessed broad participation from real estate sector leaders and experts from within Egypt and abroad.

Mr. Abdullah Al-Harbi said: “Participating in such global events helps strengthen partnerships and open new channels of collaboration, as the Cityscape Conference is considered one of the most prominent regional and international real estate platforms.”

Al-Harbi explained that inviting these prominent figures aims to enhance the exchange of expertise and discuss developments, challenges, and opportunities in the real estate sector, in addition to showcasing the remarkable advancements the sector is witnessing in the Kingdom. He added that such events contribute to strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a global hub for events and conferences and support the achievement of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.

It is worth noting that Riyadh is preparing to host major global events in the real estate ecosystem, most notably the Global PropTech Summit, scheduled to take place from October 26 to 27, 2025, and the 5th edition of the Real Estate Future Forum, to be held from January 26 to 28, 2026. Both events are expected to witness significant participation at both the local and international levels.
