THE LAW FIRM NETWORK FIABCI-Ireland The Law Firm Network www.LFNGlobal.com was founded in 1989. Initially there were 17 law firms, mostly European, one from Boston & Asia Pacific. Now has Members in about 60 countries. As a lawyer, I ran LFN for last 26 years. The Law Firm Network was one of the first law firm networks. Because of the policy of one firm per jurisdiction, LFN is much smaller than other networks. Members are independent corporate firms well regarded locally. The glue that makes LFN a seamless network is trust developed out of friendship. Members are in tune with critical local issues as compared to the local offices of “global” firms. “Word of Mouth” recommendation by a trusted source is the philosophy for assessing potential new Members. With ZOOM, LFN has focused on regular Practice Group calls -Real Estate; Insolvency/ Restructuring; and Emerging Technology. All involve relevance to Real Estate. LFN has an Annual Meeting rotating the three Time Zones and a couple Regional Meetings in other Time Zones. I continue to provide a Global Search and Circular Service, Free, No Strings Attached service which on occasion can result in exceptional results. A Note and Example of how this work is available.
