Lviv Invest Day at MIPIM 2026: Investment Opportunities in Ukraine’s Most Dynamic City

Lviv Invest Days in Cannes is part of a global series of investment events taking place in Warsaw, Cannes, and Tokyo, dedicated to presenting real investment opportunities in Lviv and Ukraine during wartime.

The event is organized in cooperation with FIABCI – The International Real Estate Federation, the City of Cannes, and the UNBROKEN Charitable Foundation, together with leading Lviv-based real estate and industrial developers.

15:15 – 15:55 | Opening Session

The moderator, Andriy Pavliv, opens the event and invites participants to observe a minute of silence.

Opening remarks:

  • Andriy Sadovyy, Mayor of Lviv

The Mayor of Lviv presents key development priorities, including social housing initiatives and the construction of a new surgical complex.

Special Address:

Roman Chernenko, veteran and mentor at the UNBROKEN rehabilitation ecosystem, shares his personal story. Since the beginning of the war, UNBROKEN has provided assistance to more than 26,000 people.

Development of the Commercial Real Estate Market During the War

During wartime, Lviv launched three industrial parks and five large logistics complexes. The industrial and logistics market has grown by 35%, adding approximately 140,000 m² of new space.
