Mr. Abdullah Al-Harbi, President of the Saudi Arabia Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), participated in the 43rd FIABCI World Real Estate Congress and the Global Leadership Summit 2024, held in Barcelona, Spain, from December 2 to 5, 2024. The event brought together a strong global presence of real estate leaders, industry innovators, and decision-makers from across international markets.

Commenting on his participation, Al-Harbi stated:

He also presented insights into the ongoing transformation of Saudi Arabia’s real estate environment, emphasizing regulatory advancements and large-scale development initiatives. During these engagements, invitations were extended to several international leaders to participate in upcoming global events hosted in the Kingdom, with strong interest and confirmations expressed.

Ms. Reem Al-Harbi, Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Future Forum (RFF), also participated as a speaker in one of the conference sessions, where she shared insights on the latest developments within Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector and the rapid progress achieved across multiple areas.

It is worth noting that the previous edition of the Global Leadership Summit (42nd edition) was hosted in Riyadh in December 2023, attracting a significant gathering of CEOs from leading real estate companies, alongside global industry leaders and speakers representing more than 110 countries.
