The 15^th anniversary of TNI - (Bucharest) Real Estate Expo will take place on October 4-6 at the Parliament Palace.

The expo is the largest real estate event in Romania and one of the most relevant in Eastern Europe and brings all the important real estate players under one roof: developers, real estate brokerages, financial institutions, lenders, investment funds, real estate management companies, institutional investors and specialized media and marketing companies.

One of the most notable participants at the expo this year are: Pro Capital Development, Plaza Residence, Palladium Residence, Pipera Apartments, Laguna Residence, Ideal Residence, OTP Bank, ISG Residence, Moghioroș Park, Casa del Mar, Rollux Construct, First Residence, Libra Bank, Greenfield, etc.

TNI Becomes International

The 15^th edition of TNI marks the beginning of an international partnership with NAR – National Association of Realtors. The National Association of REALTORS® is America's largest trade association, representing 1.3 million members, including NAR's institutes, societies, and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. Its membership is composed of residential and commercial brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the real estate industry. Members belong to one or more of approximately 1,200 local associations/boards and 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS®. NAR’s members have been helping real estate buyers and sellers and promoted home ownership for more than 100 years. The association offers unparalleled educational programs, technology, legal resources and networking to its members in order to be competitive in their markets.

NAR Global maintains strategic partnerships with 100 organized real estate associations around the world, working with professionals who abide by the Code of Ethics. These bilateral partnerships exist in 85 countries. In Romania, NAR has a strategic partnership with APAIR and all APAIR members are Realtors.

NAR Global will participate for the first time to TNI, marking its 15^th anniversary and a new international direction. During the 3-day expo, international NAR members will be available to present real estate information and interact with other participants and the Romanian public. We expect the presence of NAR members from Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Lithuania and other countries.
