<p><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Organized by FIABCI-Georgia and Property Georgia, "Property Exclusive 2026" - the first AI-based real estate investment event in Georgia was held on April 26 at The Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi.<br />The event featured two panel discussions: &ldquo;Georgia as a Real Estate Investment Hub: Insights from Leaders&rdquo; and &ldquo;Green Build, Think Forward".After the panel discussions, the event continued with a real estate exhibition.</p> <p>Property Exclusive 2026 brought together leaders from across the real estate sector, including representatives of development companies, the construction industry, investors, brokers, architects, and building materials manufacturers, alongside other professionals connected to the industry.</p></p>
