What are the potential implications for the global real estate industry in the short and long-term? How will these implications affect each sector individually? Could this lead to a modernization of real estate?
FIABCI International continues with a series of webinars focused on the real estate industry amid the coronavirus outbreak. This time around - on April 16 -, the session was dedicated to Spanish-speaking professionals, including the guest speakers: Emilce Cacace (Portico Realty Group), Maria Villamide (JVA | Julio Villamide & Asoc.), Ramon Riera (Eurofincas) and Christopher Gill (SIMCA Desarollos). Both the panelists and the audience represented a diverse professional background, from architects to developers, lawyers to real estate agents.
Students from the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair at ESSEC Business School - a FIABCI-France Academic Member - attended the webinar and provided a summary in Spanish that can be read here.
