FIABCI-Malaysia’s December “Morning Talks” program featured Anthony Patrick Barragry, CEO of IGB REIT Management Sdn Bhd addressing the topic: “The Retail Market: Its Impact on Mixed-Use Urban Development.”
Mr. Anthony shared the history of a notable mix-used development in Malaysia and the co-relation between online shopping and traditional shopping. Research showed that online shopping is taking the market by storm in recent years that it has changed the way people shop tremendously, in which as placed great impact on retail development in the industry.
