Susan Greenfield Becomes FIABCI World Vice-President Elect
Susan Greenfield, a top real estate agent at Brown Harris Stevens, was named FIABCI World Vice President-Elect.
As part of her election trajectory, Ms Greenfield will go on to serve as World President-Elect in June 2021, upon validation of the Board. In June 2022 she will assume the office of World President.

An active member of FIABCI for 40 years, Ms Greenfield has held several leadership positions including serving as the President of FIABCI-USA in 2017 as well as the president of the New York Council on 3 separate occasions.
Ms. Greenfield began her real estate career in 1971 and was soon ranked among the top 3% of all real estate professionals nationally in her company. She spent a decade at Merrill Lynch Realty in the corporate HQ as VP of International Marketing & Sales for 480 Real Estate offices and 10,000 real estate agents across the USA. In 1990, she began her own real estate company in Manhattan & Paris.
Ms. Greenfield brings comprehensive expertise in the realms of real estate brokerage, marketing, branding, and consulting services to her position – ranging from individuals and small businesses to multi–billion dollar international conglomerates. She merged her own international company with Brown Harris Stevens in 1996 where she has been a top producer ever since.
Created in Paris, France in 1951, FIABCI is a worldwide business networking organization of Real Estate Professionals and related professions including architects, developers, property & asset managers, lawyers, and appraisers. This unique Federation provides members an important role to share and promote business networking and best business practices for their members.
FIABCI gathers members from more than 70 countries and organizations including the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Building Managers Association (BOMA), Appraisal Institute, Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

Susan Greenfield is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at Brown Harris Stevens. She is revered in the industry for her unmatched understanding of international real estate markets and is the authority on international real estate. She has taught continuing education courses on international topics for the Real Estate Board of New York, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the New York University School of Real Estate. Susan is also a member of the faculty of NAR's Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and has taught this curriculum across the USA and Europe for more than two decades. She holds the FIREC FIABCI designation and CRS NAR designations. Ms. Greenfield previously worked as Vice President of Domestic and International Sales and Marketing at Merrill Lynch Realty and as President and Managing Partner of the Residential and Commercial companies of Jean-Marc Levet & Partners, New York City operations.
