Ciputra Group named Developer Brand of The Year

Ciputra Group won the Developer Brand of The Year 2022 at the prestigious Golden Property Award (GPA) The People's Choice 2022 event on Thursday, 13 October 2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Golden Property Award the People's Choice is the only property award that is given based on professional assessment combined with polling results from the community throughout Indonesia. The award was directly received by Mr Budiarsa Sastrawinata, the Managing Director of Ciputra Group.
The Golden Property Award (GPA) is the only research- and survey-based property award event in Indonesia organized by the Indonesia Property Watch in collaboration with the 99 Group. The winners are selected based on measurable, tested, and reliable criteria presented for development projects, leaders in the property business, brokerage agents, and banks, as well as designs and materials used in property which were all independently and objectively assessed.
Mr Sastrawinata hoped that the award will continue to inspire the Ciputra Group to innovate and grow as a developer which builds cities and lives. With its corporate culture of Integrity, Professionalism and Entrepreneurship (IPE), Ciputra Group will continue to promote the green development concept which is marked by the receipt of the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency (EDGE) certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a subsidiary of the World Bank for its project developments.
