Registration is open for the 74th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, taking place from May 27 to 31, 2024, in Singapore. Alongside the host chapter, FIABCI-Singapore, the International Real Estate Federation looks forward to welcoming the real estate community to this garden city-state for an enriching experience of knowledge, networking, and entertainment.

Similar to many other countries, Singapore has actively embraced the renewal of global and business ties as the world transitions from a pandemic to an endemic situation. Under the theme "Real Estate Business in the Urban Environment," FIABCI's annual congress aims to equip industry professionals with the necessary tools to adapt and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in real estate. With this in mind, the 74th World Real Estate Congress will delve into the following topics:

“Our theme, 'Real Estate Business in the New Environment,' is timely as we seize opportunities in the real estate arena, with borders worldwide bearing little or no restriction to business travelers and tourism, and with economies steering towards a new business environment,” said Dr. Lim Lan Yuan, President of FIABCI-Singapore.

In addition to the high-level conference program, participants will have the opportunity to engage in study and social tours of emblematic and award-winning projects. As customary, internal proceedings will also take place, namely FIABCI Board of Directors meetings, the General Assembly, and the Official Presidential Inauguration, among other significant administrative events.

Important note: The official installation of the incoming President and Board of Directors will occur during the Farewell Dinner on the last day of the event. The initial meeting of the 2024-2025 Board of Directors is scheduled for June 1st in the morning, following a breakfast format.
