Starting in June 2026, Serhii Drach — a distinguished young member of FIABCI-Ukraine — will assume the role of Second Vice-President of the FIABCI Young Members Committee.

This appointment marks the beginning of his two-year leadership term, during which he will collaborate closely with the First Vice-President and the Committee President to shape a long-term global strategy for the Young Members community.

Following the established leadership progression, Serhii will subsequently serve:

• two years as First Vice-President, and
• two years as President of the FIABCI Young Members Committee,
  at which point he will also join the FIABCI Board, contributing to the federation’s strategic decisions at the highest international level.

This milestone is not only a recognition of Serhii’s achievements and leadership potential but also a strong signal of FIABCI-Ukraine’s dynamic role within the global federation.
