

Registration Now Open for the 2025-2026 FIABCI Designation Program (FCP)
As the 2024-2025 edition of the FIABCI Designation Program (FCP) progresses, with participants completing the final modules, we are pleased to announce that registrations for the 2025-2026 edition are now open.
The FCP Program consists of four specialized modules, each designed to enhance professional expertise and global real estate leadership:
- Module 1: Oxford Future of Real Estate Certification
In partnership with Saïd Business School at Oxford University and Eye of Riyadh, this module provides cutting-edge insights into the future of real estate.

- Module 2: Ethics and International Standards
Developed in collaboration with the International Ethics Standards Coalition (IESC), this module focuses on global ethical principles in real estate practice.
- Module 3: Real Estate Case Studies
Delivered in partnership with Harley&Dikkinson, this module offers in-depth analysis of sustainable real estate projects and assessment matrix.
- Module 4: Resilient Leadership & Agile Networking
This final module strengthens leadership skills and fosters strategic networking in a global, multidisciplinary environment.
Each of the four modules leads to an individual certification, subject to successful completion. Participants who complete all four modules will earn the prestigious FIABCI Designation – Certified Global Real Estate Professional.

The program is exclusively available to FIABCI regular members, as well as members of our Principal Members who have joined the Associate Membership Program. Due to high demand, we have doubled the number of available spots to 100 places.
