Celebrating 25 Years of PRÊMIO MASTER IMOBILIÁRIO
Over 1.300 guests - among them government authorities, key players of real estate in Brazil and project nominees - descended to Clube Atlético Monte Líbano in São Paulo on August 28 for the 25th anniversary edition of Prêmio Master Imobiliário. In an environment of glitz and glamour aimed at celebrating the best of the best in real estate, the 2019 edition focused on urbanism and housing, and the awards reflected the importance of innovation by way of inspirational projects that contribute to urban development.
Back in 1994, inspired by the high standards and criteria of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards, the Brazilian Chapter of FIABCI joined forces with Secovi-SP to create a national edition of their own. With the help of a committee composed of experts, the main goal was - and continues to be - to recognize and incentivize professional excellence within the real estate sector in Brazil, while promoting the enhancement as well as modernization of the industry.
In total, 21 projects were awarded with the prestigious "Master" trophy: 11 in the category "professional", 9 in the category "development" and 1 "hors concours". Full list of winners here.
Honoring the partnership between FIABCI-Brasil and Secovi-SP over the last 25 years that made Prêmio Master Imobiliário possible, icons of the industry José Carlos Pellegrino, Luiz Carlos Pereira de Almeida e Romeu Chap Chap were rightfully recognized during the ceremony, the latter by FIABCI World President Walid Moussa.

The winners of the national awards are elegible to participate in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2020 in Manila, Philippines.
