Highlights from FIABCI-España's General Assembly in Barcelona

On July 1st, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of FIABCI-España was successfully held in Barcelona. This important event gathered chapter leaders and members to discuss crucial topics and set the course for the coming year.
During the ordinary assembly, several important decisions were made. The accounts for the year 2023 and the budget for 2024 were unanimously approved. Additionally, an ethical code was adopted, and Area8 was welcomed as a principal member of the chapter, reinforcing FIABCI-España’s commitment to ethical standards and growth.
Joan Clos, President of FIABCI-España, and Felice Tufano, President of the FIABCI European Regional Committee, provided an insightful review of the accomplishments of 2023 and shared their optimistic outlook for the real estate sector in 2024.
A highlight of the assembly was the presentation of the 43rd FIABCI Global Leadership Summit, which will be held from December 2nd to 5th in Barcelona. This upcoming event promises to be a major gathering for real estate professionals worldwide.
Special recognition was given to the attendance and inspiring words of World President Ramon Riera, who was warmly congratulated on his appointment.
In the extraordinary assembly, Joan Clos was re-elected as President of FIABCI-España, ensuring continuity in leadership and ongoing dedication to the chapter's objectives.
FIABCI-España looks forward to another year of progress and international cooperation, driven by strong leadership and a shared vision for the future of real estate.
