FIABCI at Paris Real Estate Week

Despite the current circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Paris Real Estate Week was a great success, as the first event to trigger business rebound. International real estate leaders gathered in Paris from September 14 to 17 to discuss a market vision, prepare future investment strategies, and share emerging trends for the next years. Former President of the French Republic Nicolas Sarkozy and Apple co-founder and forward-thinking entrepreneur Steve Wozniak were two of the 150 insightful speakers and experts present, delivering inspirational keynotes about cities and innovation.

FIABCI-France held its traditional Business Networking event at Le Fouquet's Paris on the first day of the Paris Real Estate Week. Hosted by Henry Buzy Cazaux, keynote speakers Aude Debreil, General Manager of EPA Sénart, and Nobert Fanchon, Chairman of the Management Board of the Gambetta Group delivered their insights on the topic “An Approach to Territorial Development and Green Transition”, the theme of the event. Many prominent guests attended the business forum, including Mickaël Nogal, Vice-President of the Economic Affairs Commission of the National Assembly and Member of the Delegation for Women’s Fingers and Gender Equality, Céline Charles, Director of CAFPI, Francis Lefevre, President of ADOR, and Armand Pinabarsi, Managing Director of Grant Thornton.

Later that week, Le Fouquet’s Paris welcomed another FIABCI-France an invitation-only executive dinner marked by the presence of guest of honor Filippo Rean, Reed MIDEM Managing Director - Real Estate Division. The event brought together well-known industry professionals such as Jean-Jacques Lefebvre, Director General of Grands Travaux and Member of the Executive Committee of Unibail Rodamco, Elisabeth Shemtov, Delegate Managing Director at Le Moniteur, Agnès Prebet, Regional Director at Versailles Credit Agricole D’Ile-de-France, Cyril Ferrette, Director-General at Nexity Residential Real Estate Delegate, and Bernard Michel, President of VIPARIS and Real Estate Europe.
