2021 FIABCI-Taiwan Annual General Meeting

On November 11^th, FIABCI-Taiwan successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at FAB Golden Tulip Hotel in Tamsui, New Taipei City. This premise was a flagship project of FIABCI-Taiwan Immediate Past President Chang-Hsin Lin’s Fabulous Group and is itself a winner of the 2021 FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards.

The AGM was actively participated by the Chapter's members, ranging from developers, brokers, property managers, as well as various service providers. President Lily Chang pointed out during her opening remarks that despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, FIABCI-Taiwan managed to hold an award ceremony at Grand Hyatt Taipei on September 23^rd, and celebrated the outstanding achievements of more than 200 property developments and public infrastructure projects.

Throughout the past year, President Lily Chang and other Board members have also taken part in multiple international and local seminars, conferences, or events alike. The Chapter has also organized a Morning Talk breakfast meeting series for its members to learn about new business trends in an English-speaking environment. President Lily Chang also announced the great news that FIABCI-Taiwan will host the 2022 FIABCI Global Leadership Summit in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. This will be another great opportunity for the FIABCI Community to again experience the Taiwanese hospitality after the 2013 FIABCI World Congress in Taichung.

A keynote speech titled “2022 Global and Taiwanese Economic Trends and Prospects on Real Estate” from renowned financial commentator Chin-ho Hsieh concluded this year’s AGM and participants enjoyed the rest of their evening at the Chapter's annual dinner soiree.
