21 FIABCI-Indonesia-REI Excellence Award 2022

A total of 21 commercial property projects have been awarded the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award this year which are eligible to be nominated for the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2023 in Miami, Florida. In addition, on the local category, there were 28 housing projects for low-income communities (MBR) which received this prestigious award. The award ceremony were held at The Dome Spark Mall, Senayan in Jakarta on Monday, December 12, 2022. This award ceremony was organized by FIABCI-Indonesia in collaboration with the Indonesian Real Estate Association (REI) and held conjointly with the Welcoming Dinner of the Indonesian Real Estate Association National Assembly (Rakernas REI) to be held on December 12-13, 2022 in Jakarta.

The prestigious FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award is presented for the outstanding property projects from all across Indonesia which will later be nominated for the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Award. The President of FIABCI-Indonesia, Budiarsa Sastrawinata stated that the FIABCI-Indonesia - REI Excellence Award, is presented to appreciate all property stakeholders who have sustainably produce quality work even during the Covid-19 pandemic which had halted businesses around the world for the past years. He added that this award also serves as a barometer for the enhancing performance and quality development of the national real estate products.

A number of property projects which had won the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award 2021 last year had been nominated and won the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2022 which were awarded in Paris, France during the 72^nd FIABCI World Congress. Such achievement can certainly make all Indonesians proud for such global recognition according to Budiarsa who will be officiated as the FIABCI World President in 2023 – 2024.
