41st FIABCI Global Leadership Summit

The Taiwanese city of Kaohsiung will host the 41st FIABCI Global Leadership Summit from 6 to 9 December 2022 in a joint effort between our local chapter and the Kaohsiung City Government. As one of the organisation's annual events, the Leadership Summit is an important occasion to exchange information, best practices and business opportunities in the real estate industry.

The theme of this year's edition, Better Lives with Green Recovery, is perfectly aligned with Kaohsiung's transformation: "In recent years, we have incorporated industries like semi-conductor, smart manufacture, and 5G AIoT to be the axis of the city transformation. Our efforts also include infrastructure enforcement, social housing, education, and public services to build a more livable environment. And we keep improving our investment environment, building low carbon transportation network and enhancing the modern intelligent services.", Chen Chi-Mai, Mayor of Kaohsiung, noted.
"According to the world comp positiveness reports released in the past years, Taiwan is a country that is highly competitive and with development potential.", Lily Chang, President of FIABCI-Taiwan, said about the host country.
"Furthermore, the international ranking reports show that Taiwan's business environment will remain as excellent as it is now, and it is the main reason that the Global Leadership Summit to be held in Taiwan will be truly meaningful for our delegates.", she added.
