The Real Gate: Egypt’s first hybrid real estate exhibition

One gate, many real estate opportunities. That is the premise behind The Real Gate Exhibition and Conference, set to happen from March 25 to 27 2021, both onsite at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) in Cairo, and through a virtual exhibition.
The event’s main goal is to prepare investors, home seekers, and real estate professionals for the future by introducing an all-inclusive, first of its kind unique experience that connects Egyptian project owners with their customers worldwide, and covering all frontiers of the real estate sector: residential, commercial, retail, finance, and investment.
Held under the patronage of His Excellency Abdel Fatah El Sisi, the president of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the country’s premier residential and commercial property show will take on a hybrid format to overcome travel restrictions and reach international and regional audiences from the heart of Cairo.
The Real Gate Exhibition and Conference is produced by ACG – CBE, a joint venture between ACG Egypt’s leading exhibitions and conference organizers and Coldwell Banker Egypt.
RE-Invest Club
In partnership with FIABCI-Egypt and New Concept Investment, the Real Gate announced the launching of an investment club, a tool for exhibitors that will allow them to present a variety of opportunities to potential investors. RE-Invest Club aims to be the first professional market-place in the Middle East real estate market.
