Call for projects: Developers' Best Practices Series

Every few months, FIABCI hosts a new online forum as part of the Developers' Best Practices series, in partnership with the World Council of Developers & Investors. It highlights outstanding and innovative projects from different regions around the world, focusing on the overall strategies and concerns developers need to consider in order for their entire project to be successful.
The one-hour webinar features three developers and their respective projects from the same real estate sector (i.e. Mixed-Use, Affordable Housing, and Residential), but from different regions. Each presentation lasts 15 minutes and is divided into three parts: an introduction by the moderator; project presentations (with the possibility of showcasing short promotional videos, photos, and a slide deck); and last, but not least, a Q&A among the speakers and/or with the audience. The online forums are held in English unless otherwise specified.
The purpose of the Developers’ Best Practices series is to give local developers access to a platform through which they can showcase their innovative projects and gain international exposure while providing added value to FIABCI’s Regular and Academic Members.
To submit your project for the series, please contact Alessandra Maglietta at alessandra.maglietta@fiabci.org, including the following information about the project: the website address, a brief description, as well as a short promotional video or photos. The project must have been successfully completed and occupied for at least one year.
