23rd Hungarian Prix d’Excellence

FIABCI-Hungary organized this year the 23rd Hungarian Prix d’Excellence, supported by 13 leading national professional organizations related to the real estate industry.

In 2021, there were 44 participants, which is a new record following last year’s number of applications (41).

The Hungarian Chapter established a special award in memory of Attila Kovács, a FIABCI-Hungary member and leading real estate developer who passed away earlier this year. All the buildings designed, constructed, and developed by the company which Mr. Kovács founded were awarded both the Hungarian and FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence. In addition to this, the company’s latest building, the mockup of which Attila Kovács presented during the European Presidents' Meeting held in Budapest three years ago, was completed last year and also won the silver award in the 23rd FIABCI Hungarian Prix d’Excellence.

This year, FIABCI Hungary invited 10 international experts to be part of the judging body, who evaluated each project along with 17 local jury members. In this regard, the Chapter extends its appreciation to members Natasha Jeuck (Italy), Adriena Litomericka (Slovakia), Polina Zaika (USA), Joes van de Wouw (Belgium), Kateryna Pylypchuk (Ukraine), Alexander Romanenko (Russia), Michael von Hauff (Germany), Manuel Rizzo (Luxemburg), Felice Tufano (Spain) and Daniel Agnel Sauli (Slovenia) for their valuable contribution in the judging process.
