MIPIM Asia in a Nutshell

MIPIM Asia, the property leader's summit in Asia Pacific, did not fall short of the expectations for this year's edition. In fact, it outgrew them: 900+ industry leaders from 570 firms and 36 countries attended the two-day event featuring a world-class program dedicated to property investment and retail real estate.
Between multiple panel discussions, networking opportunities, Proptech Asia Summit and the cherry on top of the cake - the Awards Gala Dinner -, movers and shakers from all over the world gathered at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on November 27-28. The must-attend event ended with MIPIM Asia Awards 2018, revealing the property industry's finest in categories such as Best Hotel & Tourism Development, Best Innovative Green Building, among others. Here is the complete list of winners.
As per usual, the FIABCI Community couldn't miss the opportunity to be part of Asia's fast-paced real estate industry event. World President 2017-18 Farook Mahmood took part in an insightful panel talk on "Asian Cities: Investment and Opportunities Outlook", along with Stanley Ching of CITIC Capital Holdings Ltd., Nicholas Loup of Chelsfield Asia, and moderator Petra Blazkova of Real Capital Analytics.
Other familiar faces also descended to the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on November 27-28, including FIABCI-Korea President Edward Gee, FIABCI-Andorra President Jordi Ribo, FIABCI-Philippines President and Chairman Emeritus Nestor Mangio and Florentino Dulalia, respectively, FIABCI-Taiwan Vice-President Lily Chang, and FIABCI Secretary-General Narek Arakelyan.
