The famous hotel operator Rotana Hotels Management Corporation from the UAE has partnered with the Georgian construction company Pontus. As a result, Rotana will be managing Batumi's inaugural seafront hotel.
Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa Gonio will be the largest hotel on the Black Sea coast, comprising 28 floors and a total of 546 rooms.
This project is not only unique in its scale but also because it will be the first Rotana hotel with a casino, with an area exceeding 1800 square meters. Additionally, the hotel infrastructure will include 2 pools, conference halls, a spa area, several restaurants and bars, a wine and cigar boutique, a children's area, and much more.
This unique project is also open to investors who can purchase shares in the form of hotel rooms and receive income from their operation. This is one of the few projects in Georgia where investments are distributed using the boiler method, and investors receive income proportional to their investments, regardless of room occupancy rates.
This project offers a unique opportunity for investors to enter the promising hotel market in Georgia and receive stable returns on investment in the long term.
