FIABCI-Taiwan concluded year 2024 with Annual General Meeting and Real Estate Excellence Forum

FIABCI-Taiwan concluded the year of 2024 with its Annual General Meeting, held on December 18th once again at the prestigious Grand Hyatt Taipei. This year’s general meeting was held in conjunction with the 2nd edition of the 2024 FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Forum, themed at Creating Charismatic City Landscape.

FIABCI-Taiwan debuted its Real Estate Excellence Forum in 2023, with the goal of inviting winners from the chapter’s Real Estate Excellence Awards, a local adaptation of the Prix d’Excellence Awards, to further share their unique and talented insights in depth. Speakers from Fabulous Group and Pujen Land Development were invited to elaborate on the concepts behind their signature projects, and how they intend to further refine the city skylines of Taipei and Taichung with these projects. This also demonstrates our continuous effort to echo with United Nations’ call towards Better Cities, Better Lives.

The Annual General Meeting began with a keynote speech from our distinguished guest Mr. Ching-Chun Hua, former Deputy Minister of the Interior and current chairman of Taiwan’s National Housing and Urban Regeneration Centre. Chairman Hua gave a detailed summary of completed and on-going public-funded social housing as well as urban regeneration projects throughout Taiwan, a campaign promise delivered by the previous and current local administrations.

Chapter President Lily Chang thanked all the members and guests for yet another remarkable year, and the audience in return congratulated Ms. Chang for her successful FIABCI 2024-2025 World Vice President campaign. The night ended in a delightful dinner party, where guests shared memorable moments with acquaintances.
