Technology and Green Finance in the management of NPLs and UTPs with underlying Real Estate

On 18 January, FIABCI-Italia and Guber Banca organised a joint event titled Technology and Green Finance in the management of NPLs and UTPs with underlying Real Estate. Livestreamed on FIABCI-Italia's official Facebook account, the event focused on technology and green finance by inviting operators, managers and providers of services related to the management of non-performing loans with underlying real estate.
The conference lasted a full day and saw a succession of panel discussions attended by numerous experts in the field.
The morning started with the opening remarks of Krzysztof Grzesik, President of TEGoVA, and Angelo Peppetti, Head of the ABI Credit and Development Office, followed by two panel discussions on strategies for dealing with the current market, as well as on energy communities and sports infrastructure, respectively.
In the afternoon, Ramon Riera Torroba, FIABCI Vice-President Elect, and Felice Tufano, FIABCI Marketing and Networking Committee President, delivered welcome speeches. Directly after, it was time for a panel discussion about digital players and the importance of data in the future of real estate, and a panel discussion featuring different associations and a Principal Member of FIABCI-Italia.
To conclude the agenda, there was an official handover of the FIABCI-Italia Presidency, and the chapter welcomed the newly elected president, Luca Bigliardi, a former member of the FIABCI-Italia Board of Directors since 2018, current Vice-President of the World Council of Architects, and founding partner of the PRINCIPIOATTIVO Architecture Group design studio.
