Another year, another successful edition of MIPIM organised by RX France, FIABCI’s long-time partner and direct member.

A delegation of 150 members and partners from about 40 countries gathered at the FIABCI Pavilion, located on the 4^th floor of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, for four days of high-level conferences, networking opportunities, and successful meetings. The 2023 edition of FIABCI at MIPIM was dedicated to the theme “Building for the Future”, in line with that of the upcoming 73^rd FIABCI World Real Estate Congress happening from 5 to 9 June in Miami.

From insightful presentations focused on biobased solutions for the future and PropTech trends, to dynamic panel discussions on sustainability in construction and better property investments, there was something for every real estate professional's taste at the FIABCI Pavilion. In parallel with the conferences programme, other special events took place, such as the traditional FIABCI Gala Dinner and the FIABCI Board of Directors Meeting, both at the Majestic Hotel in Cannes.

This year’s Gala Dinner, traditionally hosted on the evening before MIPIM starts, was an exclusive celebration coupled with fine food and live music preceding the busy and energetic feel of the world’s leading real estate market event. Harley&Dikkinson, strategic partner of FIABCI, was the 2023 Special Host of this glamorous soirée, which reunited distinguished guests, including a delegation from Saudi Arabia (Eye of Riyadh), France, and Italy, as well as a PropTech delegation, spearheaded by the president of the World Council of PropTech, Rafat Chabaane. World President Susan Greenfield, MIPIM Marketing Director Mathieu Regnault and H&D President Alessandro Ponti welcomed the guests with special remarks.

Since 1991, MIPIM has been an important global event and meeting point for FIABCI, and we look forward to return to Cannes next year.
