Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – The inaugural Real Estate Excellence Award (REA) is poised to celebrate the Kingdom’s most forward-thinking, sustainable, and high-impact real estate achievements—bridging Saudi Arabia’s national vision with global recognition.

Supported by leading government bodies and in association with FIABCI, the world’s foremost real estate federation with over 1M members in over 75 countries, the award reflects Saudi Arabia’s growing leadership in shaping the future of the built environment.

Organized in collaboration with industry authorities, global forums, and strategic partners, the REA sets a new benchmark for excellence—locally and internationally.

The REA, the first of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, positions Saudi Arabia as a global hub for excellence in real estate, offering winners dual recognition: national acclaim through an official announcement at the Real Estate Future Forum on January 27, 2026, and international prestige with automatic eligibility for the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, held in Vienna in June 11, 2026.

With 20 specialized categories—including Master Planning, PropTech, Green Building, Affordable Housing, and Luxury Projects—the award celebrates diverse achievements shaping the future of real estate in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
