FIABCI Scholarship Foundation Now Accepting Applications for Spring 2025

For more than two decades, the FIABCI Scholarship Foundation has supported aspiring real estate professionals worldwide. Applications are now open for the Spring 2025 scholarship cycle, with a submission deadline of March 30. Since its inception in 1997, the Foundation has awarded over $100,000 in grants to students across more than twenty countries.

Eligible applicants include:

Full-time students enrolled in FIABCI Academic Member Universities
FIABCI Student Members
FIABCI Members pursuing graduate degrees
Children of FIABCI Members

The Foundation prioritizes students committed to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and evaluates applicants based on academic excellence, international aspirations, financial need, and community engagement.

Interested students can submit their applications online, here.

Applicants must also provide:

A CV (résumé)
At least one current letter of recommendation
A digital photo

Selection Process & Support

A diverse Board of Trustees - representing Germany, India, Italy, Nigeria, the Philippines, Taiwan, and the United States - reviews applications and selects recipients.
