FIABCI-Taiwan: Annual General Meeting, Christmas Luncheon & the National Forum of Excellence Construction

On Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025, FIABCI-Taiwan held its Annual General Meeting and Christmas Luncheon, with enthusiastic participation from members in a year-end gathering marked by both formality and celebration.
In addition to conducting official agenda discussions, the event featured a festive program in which President Chang appeared dressed as an elf, while board members took on the roles of Santa Claus. Together, they performed Christmas carols and distributed holiday gifts, adding a warm and engaging atmosphere to the occasion.
That afternoon, FIABCI-Taiwan hosted the National Forum of Excellence Construction under the theme “Reshaping the Urban Future.” The forum featured distinguished speakers, including Hua Ching-Chun, Chairman of the National Housing and Urban Renewal Center; Henry Tsai, Chairman of the Taipei Urban Renewal Society; and architect Daniel Tai. The speakers delivered insightful presentations addressing urban renewal strategies and construction cost management in Taiwan, offering valuable perspectives on future development directions and practical challenges.
