Saudi Arabia to host 42nd FIABCI Global Leadership Summit

Saudi Arabia will welcome the International Real Estate Federation’s 42nd edition of the Global Leadership Summit from 4 to 7 December 2023 in Riyadh. The FIABCI event will be hosted by Eyes of Cities, which is also the organiser of the Real Estate Future Forum.
Following a rotation system, the selection of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as the summit host refers to the decision of the FIABCI Board of Directors from 15 March in the context of MIPIM Cannes. The choice was made considering criteria such as the official engagement of the potential host and a detailed project plan, among others.
The 42nd FIABCI Global Leadership Summit will bring together real estate professionals from all over the world to the Saudi capital. Participants will have be able to attend high-level sessions, including keynote presentations and roundtables, on critical issues affecting the industry, in addition to being exposed to unique networking and investment opportunities. Project tours to exclusive real estate developments in KSA are also included in the four-day event programme.
The summit will shed light on the real estate landscape in Saudi Arabia against the backdrop of the Kingdom’s Vision 2023 and the progress made so far.
As one of FIABCI's annual events, the Global Leadership Summit is an important occasion to exchange information, best practices, and business opportunities in the real estate industry.
