The FIABCI-Georgia delegation is attending the 72nd FIABCI World Congress in Paris

Together with global real estate leaders, the event is being attended by more than 500 FIABCI representatives from 70 countries. They include developers, architects, constructors, investors, realtors, real estate managers, consultants and other experts.
This is the second time that FIABCI-Georgia has been invited to the World Congress. The first visit took place in the Belgian city of Ghent in 2019. Participating in the Paris event gives the Georgian delegation a unique opportunity to strengthen the country’s position in the international real estate market and establish new business contacts.
The event is moderated by the internationally recognized Swiss presenter Fernardo Tiberini. The event includes the Building Better Lives forum, B2B meetings and numerous other formal and informal activities. The session for global financial institutions and investment companies is led by representatives from the French investment sector, including Will Gibb and Steve Cohen. Further sessions are planned for real estate experts, property managers and brokerage companies. In addition, there will be a global awards ceremony for real estate projects – FIABCI WORLD PRIX D'EXCELLENCE AWARDS, where an international jury will reveal the projects that best represent perfection in all real estate categories.
The World Congress also included a conference about the role and evolution of architecture titled "How is Architecture fostering Better Lives?".
