FIABCI-Georgia Hosts Successful Get Together Meeting of Member Companies

FIABCI-Georgia held a highly successful Get Together meeting for its member companies on June 28 at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers. Co-organized by Property Georgia, the event attracted up to 50 participants from leading companies in the real estate sector.
The meeting provided an excellent platform for FIABCI-Georgia's leadership to discuss current and future activities. Key highlights included an overview of the upcoming FIABCI-Georgia Prix d’Excellence 2024 Awards, renowned as the world's finest property achievement.
Participants were also updated on current trends and developments in the real estate sector. Zuka Tavqelashvili, a representative of Galt & Taggart, delivered a compelling presentation on "Real Estate Trends and Expectations."
The event featured an online presentation by Mr. David Serna Valencia, a Green Construction Consultant for the World Bank Group in Europe and Latin America (International Financial Corporation). His insights on the future of green building in Georgia and the certification process for green buildings were particularly noteworthy.
Both new and longstanding members of the association offered engaging presentations throughout the meeting. The event concluded with a business lunch, allowing FIABCI-Georgia member companies to continue networking and fostering business relationships in an informal setting.
FIABCI-Georgia regularly organizes Get Together meetings for its member companies, providing a forum for discussing sector news, addressing challenges, and planning future cooperation.
