FIABCI representatives gathered in celebration of the annual FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards

FIABCI representatives from India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the United States visited Taiwan between July 22nd and 26th in celebration of FIABCI-Taiwan’s annual Real Estate Excellence Awards ceremony, held once again at Grand Hyatt Taipei this year.
This year marks the 19th anniversary of FIABCI-Taiwan’s Real Estate Excellence Awards, the national edition of Prix d’Excellence in Taiwan. World President Ramón Riera Torroba sent his best regard through a pre-recorded message, in which he congratulated the winners for their remarkable achievements as well as FIABCI-Taiwan President Lily Chang for winning the FIABCI World Vice President campaign.
Taiwan’s Vice President Bi-Khim Hsiao attended the ceremony in person, and presented awards to winners of this year’s Special Contribution for Urban Development Award and Comprehensive Achievement Excellence Award. Immediate Past World President Budiarsa Sastrawinata, on the other hand, joined FIABCI-Taiwan President Lily Chang in congratulating the chapter’s two silver-winning projects of this year’s Prix d’Excellence.
More than 240 projects were recognized at this year’s ceremony, which was televised and covered by several national media outlets. The chapter was also honored to have Minister Lee from the Ministry of Transportation and Communications as this year’s awards presenters.
Representatives from our sister chapters were then warmly received by the Taiwanese chapter in the morning of the day after the ceremony. FIABCI-Taiwan leaders and members greeted the international delegates at the seasonal Morning Talk event, at which many interesting thoughts were exchanged.
