The prestigious 2025 FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards is now accepting registrations. This is your opportunity to compete for the highest honor in global real estate. Showcase your project on an international stage and join the ranks of the world's finest property achievements.

FIABCI chapters are invited to extend invitations to their respective national Prix d'Excellence award winners (for FIABCI chapters with established national awards). Additionally, in case the chapter does not yet have a national award, FIABCI encourages the recommendation of exceptional (completed) projects to participate in this year's edition of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards.
Save the date: The awards ceremony will be a standout feature of the 75th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, scheduled from June 2-6, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria.

The evaluation goes beyond surface-level attributes and size, delving into the core merits of each project. Winning this prestigious award signifies a remarkable achievement and grants the privilege of using the prestigious award logo.
