The prestigious 2025 FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards is now accepting registrations. This is your opportunity to compete for the highest honor in global real estate. Showcase your project on an international stage and join the ranks of the world's finest property achievements.
To participate, download the online registration form here. Be sure to complete your submission by December 31, 2024. For comprehensive details, please refer to our international brochure and www.fiabciprix.com, the awards program's official website.
FIABCI chapters are invited to extend invitations to their respective national Prix d'Excellence award winners (for FIABCI chapters with established national awards). Additionally, in case the chapter does not yet have a national award, FIABCI encourages the recommendation of exceptional (completed) projects to participate in this year's edition of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards.
Save the date: The awards ceremony will be a standout feature of the 75th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress, scheduled from June 2-6, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria.

The FIABCI awards are a global benchmark of recognition for projects that best embody excellence in every aspect of real estate development. Known as "the world's finest property achievement," the awards align with FIABCI's mission of delivering optimal property solutions that enhance the quality of life for communities around the world.
Our distinguished international panel, comprising leading real estate experts, together with an Oversight Panel representing five continents, rigorously assesses submissions. The evaluation goes beyond surface-level attributes and size, delving into the core merits of each project. Winning this prestigious award signifies a remarkable achievement and grants the privilege of using the prestigious award logo.
