Recognizing the best in real estate: Winners of the 26th FIABCI-Hungary Prix d’Excellence

The 26th FIABCI-Hungary Prix d’Excellence Awards ceremony was held in the heart of Budapest, honoring outstanding real estate projects that demonstrate excellence in sustainability, innovation, energy efficiency, and other critical areas shaping the industry. This prestigious event brought together a distinguished panel of Hungarian and international judges to evaluate a remarkable array of submissions and select the winners.
The evening began with inspiring opening speeches by State Secretary Regő Lánszki, FIABCI World President Ramón Riera, and FIABCI-Hungary President László Gönczi.These remarks set the tone for an evening dedicated to celebrating, among others, the role of sustainable practices in shaping the future of real estate.
The winning projects stood out for their commitment to rigorous sustainability standards and innovative design approaches, underscoring the creativity and dedication of the teams behind them. The awards highlighted the commitment and creativity of the winners, whose achievements continue to elevate the prestige of the Prix d'Exllence Awards competition.
Speaking at the event, FIABCI World President Ramón Riera, noted: “Congratulations to FIABCI-Hungary for their excellent work in organizing an event that not only celebrates excellence but also champions sustainability in the real estate sector. It is inspiring to see how this competition brings together such prestigious entries, reflecting a shared vision for a more sustainable future.”
Following the awards ceremony, the evening provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue on the complex issues surrounding housing, in a warm and engaging atmosphere. Among the attendees were FIABCI officers Manuel Rizzo and Michael Von Hauff, who contributed to the dynamic exchange of ideas.
The FIABCI-Hungary Prix d’Excellence continues to serve as a benchmark to the real estate industry's dedication to innovation, sustainability, and responsible development, reinforcing the awards competition role as a cornerstone of excellence in the sector.
