Pontificia Universidad Javeriana is the Grand Winner of the 27th edition of the FIABCI Colombia Awards 2025

Bogotá, D.C., December 2, 2025. FIABCI-Colombia celebrated the twenty-seventh edition of its Real Estate Excellence Awards, honoring projects that best combine business development, environmental respect, and social impact in the country.

“This competition recognizes and highlights the profound concepts that benefit society in general. The innovative works we award improve the quality of life of those who inhabit them and contribute to improving the physical and social conditions of nearby

communities,” stated Andrés Correa, President of FIABCI-Colombia.

Award-Winning Projects by Category

The following projects and firms were highlighted as winners in their respective categories:

Social Interest Housing (VIS): Hacienda Los Sauces by Yellowstone Capital Partners and Amarilo.
Residential: Casa Duque by Vicaría
Specialized Properties: Compensar Carrera 60 Comprehensive Wellness Center by Taller de Arquitectura.
Hospitality: The Brown by Vicaría
Commercial: Arkadia by Yellowstone Capital
Restoration: 79bogotá by Escalar Veinte
Industrial: METRIC – Mitsubishi Electric Training Center by Escalar Veinte 18 and
Macroprojects: Vivero Parque Residencial by Constructora Bolívar.
Education and Grand Winner: Félix Restrepo J. Building – Faculty of Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Félix Restrepo S.J. Building (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana)

This is the new headquarters for the Faculty of Sciences, a bioclimatic design benchmark that obtained a preliminary EDGE Advanced certification for saving 50% in energy and 51% in water.

Medal for Lifetime Achievement

Nayib Neme Arango

Architect and President of Grupo <a>, a conglomerate that employs over 5,000 people and has left a mark on the real estate and industrial development of Colombia and the region.

The Grand Winner, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, will have the honor of representing Colombia in the global competition of the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards, to be held in Vienna, Austria, in 2026.
