FIABCI to host key side event at WUF12: “Planning and Financing Inclusive and Sustainable Neighbourhoods”

FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, is proud to announce its upcoming side event, “Planning and Financing Inclusive and Sustainable Neighbourhoods,” at the World Urban Forum 12 (WUF12) in Cairo, Egypt. Held in partnership with The Middle East Sustainable Development Institute, Harley & Dikkinson, and joined by experts from 2000-Watt Smart Cities Association, RICS, and the 15-Minute Cities/ETI Chair, this event brings together a global coalition dedicated to advancing inclusive, sustainable urban development.
WUF12 serves as a pivotal forum for key stakeholders to discuss and develop strategies for sustainable urbanization. FIABCI’s side event will focus on addressing the urgent need for neighborhoods that balance inclusivity and sustainability, especially in rapidly urbanizing regions.
Participants will explore innovative approaches to planning and financing urban spaces that minimize environmental impact while meeting diverse community needs.
