November started with FIABCI-Deutschland Prix d'Excellence Awards. As per usual, the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Hotel hosted on November 2 the ceremony that included a champagne reception, three-course dinner and, last but not least, the presentation of the 2018 winners! This year, the Chapter received entries from 11 cities. The gold prize was won by upTOWNHOUSES in Hamburg (residential category) and UPPER WEST in Berlin (commercial category). Towards the end of the month, another Chapter celebrated the "crème de la crème" of the national real estate industry with a gala dinner.
