Following the initiative of World President Budiarsa Sastrawinata, FIABCI is delighted to announce the International Trade Mission to Jakarta, Indonesia, set to happen from 17 to 19 September 2023.

Registration for FIABCI Members, including an accompanying person, is free. Non-members are also welcome to attend the Trade Mission by paying a fixed registration fee of USD 400. To register, please scan the QR code on the below banner or click on this link.

The host chapter is pleased to partner with the Raffles Hotel Jakarta, the main venue of the International Trade Mission activities, offering a discounted rate of approximately USD 220 per night, tax included, to all participating delegates. Upon receipt of your registration for the event, you will receive further instructions to book your accommodation.

Important note regarding entry requirements: Indonesia generally follows a relatively lenient visa regime for citizens of many countries. As of April 2022, nationals of South Africa, USA, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Denmark, Philippines, Finland, Hungary, India, Japan, Germany, Italy, UK, Cambodia, Canada, South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Myanmar, Norway, France, Poland, Qatar, New Zealand, Seychelles, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Timor Leste, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE, and Vietnam can enter Indonesia without applying for a visa, or they can apply for a visa upon arrival. The latter can be obtained at Soekarno-Hatta airport (CGK) for approximately USD 35, payable in rupiah or USD, and is valid for 30 days. For nationals of other countries who require a visitor visa for Indonesia, we kindly request you to contact FIABCI-Indonesia as early as possible, especially if a formal invitation letter is needed.
