FIABCI is proud to announce that the FIABCI Spring Symposium USA 2026 will be held at the Delegates Dining Room at the United Nations in New York City from April 22 to 24, 2026.

This high-profile event reflects FIABCI’s commitment to strengthening the real estate profession’s voice in global policy-making, particularly in areas aligned with the New Urban Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – including SDG #11 on sustainable cities and communities.

The Symposium will be held under the theme "The Built Environment in Action: Strengthening the Real Estate Profession’s Voice in the New Urban Agenda and the SDGs." The full program is available here.

Important update on registration: the FIABCI Spring Symposium USA 2026 is now officially sold out—in record time. The overwhelming response from our members and global network has been extraordinary. We have expanded capacity at the West Terrace of the Delegates Dining Room at the United Nations to the fullest extent possible, and only a limited number of designated seats remain, pending final confirmation. Due to continued demand, we have opened a waiting list, which will be managed on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Any cancellations received prior to April 10 will be immediately offered to those on the list.
