FIABCI is pleased to announce that the certificate ceremony for Module 1 of the FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional (FCP) – Oxford Future of Real Estate Program will be held on June 16, 2026, at the University of Oxford. This prestigious event will celebrate the achievements of participants from the second cohort who have successfully completed the FCP Designation's first module.

The FIABCI Certified Global Real Estate Professional (FCP) designation comprises four comprehensive modules. In partnership with Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Eye of Riyadh, Module 1 – Oxford Future of Real Estate Certification – explores current and emerging trends in real estate, with a focus on resilience, investment appraisal techniques, and the evolving nature of commercial real estate.
