The Farewell Dinner – Viennese Summer Night’s Ball marks the elegant and unforgettable conclusion of the 76th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress. More than just a closing evening, it is a celebration of international friendship, shared success, and the global FIABCI community.

Hosted in the magnificent Sofiensäle, one of Vienna’s most iconic historic venues, the evening combines tradition, culture, and timeless elegance in a truly unique atmosphere. From the ceremonial opening dance inspired by Viennese ball culture to a night filled with celebration and connection, this special occasion honors not only the end of an extraordinary Congress week, but also the 75th Anniversary of FIABCI.

Keeping up with tradition, the highlight of the evening will be the official installation of the FIABCI World President 2026–2027, the induction of the FIABCI Board of Directors 2026-2027, and the attribution of the title of Immediate Past World President, along with the handover of the Past President Medal, to the outgoing President..
